All items are made to order, meaning they are created after you place your order.

We reserve the right to:

We make every effort to display colours and images accurately, but cannot guarantee exact colour representation across all screens.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payments are processed securely via Shopify and its payment providers.

We are not responsible for:

  • Bank fees
  • Currency conversion charges (if ordering from outside the UK in future)

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Pier End is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal services
  • Customs (for future international orders)
  • External factors outside our control

6. Returns & Refunds

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind once production has begun.

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The item is faulty
  • The item is incorrect

7. Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

However, this right does not apply to made-to-order goods once production has begun, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

All content on this website — including designs, logos, text, and imagery — is the property of Pier End and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
