Shipping & Delivery
Everything at Pier End is made to order - created only when you need it, to reduce waste and keep things considered.
Processing time
Most orders arrive within 5–8 working days.
This includes:
- Production: 1–5 working days
- Delivery: 1–5 working days depending on selected shipping method (tracked)
- Most orders are produced within 1–3 working days, but please allow up to 5 during busy periods.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
UK Delivery
We currently ship across the United Kingdom using tracked services.
- Standard (2–5 working days)
- Express (1–3 working days)
- Courier (1–2 working days for larger orders)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
Multiple items
Some products are made by different UK partners.
If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive separately.
There’s no extra charge for this - it simply means your order may come in more than one delivery.
Important notes
- Delivery times begin after your order has been produced
- Most orders are produced within 1–5 working days
- During busy periods, this may take slightly longer
- Orders over 2kg may be shipped via courier
